•AEO Partes y  Refacciones S.A. officially started in the auto parts business in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, in September 1987. However, its historical  background in the automotive business, as well as the family's quest for opportunity and advancement, may be traced back to a much earlier time

• The company’s main activity was Auto parts Distribution to retailers.

 

•The company quickly became the distribution leader for engine parts in the Northeast part of Mexico, selling parts to over 100 retailers from the center and Northeast part of the country.

•January 2000, The parts and equipment were acquired by a new company named Refacciones Mat.

•February 2001              www.matpage.com was created.

•On December 2004 a  new company was established. The company bought the facilities and parts from Refacciones Mat. The name of the new company is  AEO Partes y Refacciones.

                                               December 2004 www.mardelsouza.com was created.

•On November  2005 Mardel Souza is established in Brownsville Texas.

•Today, the company has 5 stores in 2 states.

 

•The company continues to plan for growth and expansion, projecting the addition of 5 new locations in 2009.

•Throughout this time,   the underlying spirit and philosophy of AEO Partes y Refacciones S.A. has been one of growth and progress, both for the company and for its team members. This remains the policy to which the company is dedicated today.
